People working with non Oil (Petroleum product) Bulk Stock. are there any Tables for Vegetable oil?

I have a customer in the Vegetable oil business and we need tables to use in Density, Volumen, Temperature. Do have to make the Business Function to work with the new table or is it possible to just create the Table.
