Oracle iAsset-Error while Accessing Asset Serch

Dear Gurus

Can anyone help me to identify and resolve the issue please ?  I am using iAsset User Responsibility to search for an Asset-  But when I go to the Asset search window, the following error occurs.

  1. The data that defines the flexfield on this field may be inconsistent. Inform your system administrator that the function: KeyFlexfieldDefinitionFactory.getStructureNumber could not find the structure definition for the flexfield specified by Application = OFA, Code = LOC# and Structure number =
  2. There is no cost center setup for XXXXXX Mrs. XXXXXX. To proceed further, you must set up the cost center for the employee.
