Call Browser Scripts from Server Scripts or Workflow.

Hi,

Is there any way by which i can call browser scripts from server scripts or workflow.

My requirement is I have to show one popup when my workflow start . it will be written in popup PROCESS IS GOING ON. On completing workflow it will automatically goes off.

I cant do it from only browser script as on clicking on button there are some DVM. So if there is any rule validation. two popup windows are opened.
