IB Batch in error GLPOST not updating one line for P

One IB batch is showing as Posted in the AR table but is not fully posted in GL table.One single line is not updated with P in GLPOST code.This is not allowing the batch to get posted.

 

I tried two things to rectify but was not successful.

 

1 - Entered one +VE _VE entry in TEST env

 

2 - Tried to void the document in error but not succesfull.
