Goldengate extract process abends when a new table is added

Dear Gurus,

We have followed the below process of adding new table to existing integrated capture.

1. Added trandata

sucessfully enabled supplemental logging.

2.Edited the extract and pump process to add the new table definitions

3. started the extract, which gets abended with below error

ERROR   OGG-01028  Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle,Formatting error on: table name schema.table  rowid AAAqhQAA1AAOjFrAAJ, XID 11.0.236369, position (Seqno 333, RBA 53196420). Invalid opcode 14 XML_WRITE to format.

Environment details for source and target,

OS- rhel 7.2

Oracle Database version - 12.1.0.2.0

Goldengate version - 12.2.0.1.1

Kindly someone assist with the solution.
