Want to have a green channel supply for special customer.

Current Scenario Problem: Business wants to allocate the ON Hand Supplies & IN-Transit supplies to the satisfy special customer demands as & when there is a demand creation. To achieve it business uses a Make to Stock flow were on the basis of forecast they create Purchase orders to increase the ON Hand, so the moment the special customer order is received they can ship the material cutting down the delivery lead time.

Now the problem is other customer orders get these supplies which were meant for special customer as per the demand priority rule(SSD)

Business wants to have a custom solution to make sure that the supplies(ON hand/PO) created for the special customer is not visible to other customer during ordering, scheduling or planning process. This will make sure that whenever special customer receives, the supplies should available to reserve.
