Changing credit limit and approver, does not activate new workflow message.

Hello there,

A couple of customers have encountered the same issue:

i.e. when the Credit Limit approver is changed, and the Credit Limit amended, the new approver does not receive a Workflow message in order to be able to approve the change.

A workaround was found whereby the Process Task was terminated and the Credit Limit amended again; then the new approver received the workflow message and could approve the change.

The same problem and solution seems to have worked at two different customer sites, so it would be good to know if this is a known issue, or if there is another way around it that avoids having to terminate the Process Task.
