Clicking on Field - Jumps to another Field

Good Morning All,

We have been live with 9.2, Tools release 9.2 for 2 weeks now.  We are experiencing the following issue.  Users click on a field and it jumps to a random field on the screen.  It is not just one program we are seeing this in several programs.  Users start typing and it goes to the field it jumps to.  Any help is appreciated.
