sales requisitions

Hi Team,

we have requirement to create a sales order based requisitions as follow..

1.company have different departments and all the inventory kept in warehouse..

2.Whenever department wants some product they need to create requisition to stores which needs to turn into Sales order for Warehouse.

3.Warehouse will verify the sales order and ship confirm the goods to Department..

Please let me know that do we have any process to handle this scenario.
