Resolution required: Unprocessed shipping Trx

We have 2 transactions from the same sales order that appear to have been shipped and cancelled at approximately the same time.  Both lines on the sales order show a status of cancelled and the header is closed.  The shipping transaction shows line status = shipped and next step = run interfaces.  I have run the trip stop and it completes with an error.  I will attach the log file.  Both lines show an exception.  I need to find a resolution so that we are able to close the inventory period.
