zfs resilvering/scrub performance for 11.3

Reviewing the details in Doc (Doc ID 1496593.1)
It seems that some of the tunables specified for 11.3 are not available in later 11.3 revisions (currently running 11.3 3.6 )
-eg:

zfs_top_maxinflight
zfs_scan_min_time_ms


Does anyone know what are suitable replacements for these and any additional tunables as we are looking to manage the throttling of the resilvering to minimise I/O performance impact to our production systems.
