Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. When tried to book a RMA then process messages is 'a hold prevents booking of the order'.

Can any one please help how to book the order. Although the amount of sales order less than the credit limit of that customer .
