JBO-30012 in the responsibility frame after https implementation.

After implementation of https for EBS 12.2.5 we are receiving:

Error while invoking Main Menu. JBO-30012: A cookie for session xxxxxxx and application oracle.apps.fnd.framework.favorites.server.ICXFavoritesAM has already been registered with application pool. Cookie must be removed first.

This error is received every time when returning to Application homepage from popoup window as is perhaps Discoverer or concurrent log or output file, etc.

Error is window where responsibilities should be.

I have found one patch 200811870 with similar issue, but it did not help.
