help need in LDAP Connectivity using wallet manager

we are using siebel sales application

siebel 8.1.1.11 [IP2013]

we have configured siebel Application in windows 2012 R2 Env.

not able to connect to LDAP server . we are using SHA-2 certificates to authenticate.
