Essbase Metadata Load, Hyperion Planning

Hello,

I have loaded Essbase with metadata via flatfile.  I can see that the outline has been updated...but when I go to Hyperion Planning I don't see the metadata that was uploaded.  How do I "Push" the updates to Hyperion Planning?

I am on EPM 11.1.2.4.
