Update Project Cost Burden Schedule Start Date

What would be the way to update the start date of a cost-burden-schedule in Oracle Projects?  we just create a new burden schedule as of 10/01/2016.  But we had labor charges come in with item dates prior to October.  In hindsight, I wish I would have made the start date as of Jan 1, 2016 for this very reason, but can't  update it now. 

Is there a datafix so that I can change this start date?
