Migration Web Client/Tools Install of IP16

Hello,

I am attempting a migration install of Web Client and Tools from IP15 to IP16.

During the Install Wizard, there is a dialogue box for this:

Directory path for 32-bit oracle client

What is this? I see documentation that refers to it, but it doesn't actually say what I need to put here. Was I supposed to install 32-bit oracle client first? Where do I get the install files for that?
