Outbound Webservices are not working

Hi All,

We are upgrading to Siebel IP16 & setting up the environment. We observed that outbound webservices are failing due to below error

Error invoking service 'ContactGetDetailsv100_1', method 'sendSynchronous' at step 'GetDetail Web service'.(SBL-BPR-00162)

HTTP Internet Exception during 'Data Send': 'An error occurred in the secure channel support', code: '12157'(SBL-EAI-04116)

Please advise ?
