Location and Custodian Changes not generating transactions using 9.2 Fluid Asset Tracking for Physic

I'm using the Peoplesoft FSCM Asset Tracking to perform a Mobile Physical Inventory. I set up a Physical Inventory Occurrence using the enable Mobile Inventory option then I run Generate Scan Scope on the Load/Match/Reconcile PI Info page. Next, I navigate to the Asset Tracking Fluid page, then click on the Physical Inventory tile, enter my PI ID and scan location. I will then scan an Asset that was in my Scan Scope, I click the Edit button and update the change the location/custodian information here.

Then I navigate back to the Load/Match/Reconcile PI Info page and run Generate Results. I verify that the results match the changes I have made, and then run Generate Transactions.
