Find modified objects not promoted

Hi community,

The question is pretty simple: is there any specific way to find modified objects (clones, new objects, new versions, etc..) which are currently en PY but they weren't promoted to PD?

I can only think in a manual process, that is, looking in OMW logging table, or comparing the OL tables. But it sounds like a lot and maybe a report does this.
