Oracle BI publisher installation

Hi,

We are trying to install a Oracle BI Publisher for Word. We were able to install the software.  When we open the document we are not able to see the options in the BI Publisher ribbon.  all we could see in menu2007, some weird options.  We are setup in a VDI environment.  Any immediate help is greatly appreciated.  We have tried enable the macros, all the com add ins are enabled.
