SY43C (Grower Pricing and Payments) Activation

I am reviewing implementation guide for Growers Management on E1 9.2. In the section 2.1.4 System Activation, it references activation system code "SY43C". I am not able to find this system code in the list for EnterpriseOne System Control. Also, I did not find alias "SY43C" in the data dictionary.

Is the "SY43C system code still required for Growers Pricing and Payments to be activated? If so, could someone provide me with the data dictionary setup specification for "SY43C". I would like to activate this functionality for my review.
