Workflow Routing's Tab Displays Incorrect User Required Approvals (Assigned to or Not Assigned to Us

Hello,

Does anyone have some Agile 9.3.3 Workflow Routing's Tab issue experience? Per the above, we recently added/updated/renamed new subclasses to our production environment (4 days ago). We also ran Averify and cleaned up errors using the generic script and scripts provided by Oracle to clean up all errors that were reporting however this issue did not start being reported until after the subclass updates.

How does the system determine if an object would be placed in a users workflow routings tab? If a user that had permission access to object prior to that objects class/subclass being renamed, would that cause issues in the object reporting properly in their tab? If anyone has some pointers on how to work with fixing issues like these, please let me know. Thanks!
