Open UI Custom theme

Hello,

  We have made some changes to vanilla theme-aurora.css and made custome one and placed it in custom folder with renaming it.

  Now our requirement is to make this custome theme as a default theme for all the users. so any user log on to application should see the changes without setting the theme.

   Pls do let us know how to make it availabl for all the users.
