How do I derive the default labor account code for an employee?

I need to derive the default labor account code for an employee (BU.OBJ.SUB).  I will use the default code to look for matches on existing batch timecard records (F06116Z1) that were saved with the default labor code and provide a report on the number of records found within a selected pay period.  Is there a standard BSFN I can call that will determine and return the default labor code for an employee?
