Nonlabor costs lost when importing to Windows 10

edited Nov 19, 2016 7:52PM in Primavera (MOSC) 3 commentsAnswered ✓

I exported a cost-loaded schedule on an XP computer. I then imported the XER created on the XP computer into P6 on a computer with Windows 10.

The resource is Nonlabor,  Lump Sum.

After importing, the nonlabor costs were gone. The activities still had the Lump Sum resource assigned.

The Project settings and User Preferences are identical in P6 on both computers.

Any ideas?
