Transaction ID Definition in Job Completions

Hi. Anyone here knows what the definitions are for transaction IDs "1" and "2" in the EAM.EAM_JOB_COMPLETION_TXNS? I understand, as per etrm, that this is the Transaction identifier for the complete/uncomplete transaction. But are their any other specifics like 1 is only for completing and 2 is for uncompleting? Or say, when is a transaction tagged as 1 and when as 2?
