NullPointerException when open Late Charges tab on Acct Site details page in R12

We had tested the Customer setup in R12 fine (the only issue was Late Charges tab on AcctSite details did not derived the Profile details but we could go to that tab just fine). Recently , this tab Late Charges started to crash every time we are testing (for the customers of all profile classes, for all OUs)

It seems the only change we did recently are the patches applied (16449374, 21643531, 23537813,22590767) .

Any suggestions? Recommendations to check on setup/profiles ?

Exact error: java.lang.NullPointerException when calling oracle.apps.ar.cusstd.acctSite.webui.ArAcctSiteOverviewCO.processFormRequest(ArAcctSiteOverviewCO.java:918)
