Need to be able to select GL effective date for Mass Allocations

Hello Community.  We have a primary ledger with an INR functional currency and must generate mass allocations before the last day of each month to accommodate our close schedule.  We also have a reporting currency/ledger which converts the INR primary ledger to USD for consolidation purposes.  Since the daily conversion rate from INR to USD has not been populated yet for the future date, we have to manually enter an estimated future spot rate to create the converted USD mass allocation journals.  We do not currently have ADB (average daily balances) enabled in our ledger, and I understand that cannot
