ORAchk missing plugin error

I am trying to run the orachk utility on my Linux box which has OAM 11.1.2.3 installed. When I run below command, I get an error

 

/orachk -idmpreinstall -idm_config "OUD_HOST=localhost;OAM_HOST=localhost;OHS_HOST=localhost"

 

The error I get is :

Identity Management Healthcheck  plugin is missing.

 

orachk is exiting..

 

I did not find any note/bug in KM about this error. Could you please help me in resolving this issue? I need to run this in one of the customer's environment.
