How Rerating works incase of Notification ( Threshold limit set to 80% ) events ?

Hi Experts,

Lets consider below scenario

1. Threshold limit set to 80% for NCR1.

2. Rated usages to consume NCR1 to 90% and notification event is generated.

3. Same Event is  extracted for rerating.

4. Now while rerating NCR1 will be reverted back and charge is calculated for remaining units.

5. Notification is already triggered for this but resource balance is not 80% now.

How we can handle this ?
