Error While receive return in Return Portal

Dear All,

I am receiving an error while entering return in portal. Is there any additional setup requires for this function?

There was an error during creation of the return order. Error: Invalid value for party_id. Please enter party_id value from hz_parties. Action: Please contact us with the above error message and the item/serial number you are trying to return. Phone: Email:

Kindly need your inputs on this issue.
