Unable to repost in jde 9.0(job master revision)

Dear team ,

Here is one user who is trying to change posting edit status(N to blank) in job master revision but  he is not able to do after clicking ok its same like before(N), no error found might be some security has been applied so please help guys how can i give the access for that option
