How to procced when shows the error "This plan version is currently locked by Therefore, you cannot

When we try to do some change(ex: Financial tab -> raw cost, effort people) we can't able to save this changes. Returns the error "This plan version is currently locked by Therefore, you cannot perform the selected action".

PS: The locked user is the same that try to made that change.
