Cannot close AR period.

Hello everyone

I cannot close AR period as receiving the following error.

APP-AR-11332: You must post all transactions in this period before you close it.

Here is what I have checked.

- There is nothing show on AR Exception report.

- Credit Memo XXX is showing on the Unposted Items report.

- Credit Memo XXX is accounted and transferred to GL.

- POST_TO_GL = Y in CUST_TRX_TYPE_ID

- Create Accounting has been re-run, Transfer Journal Engries to GL has been re-run but Credit Memo XXX is still showing on the Unposted Item report.

Could anybody please advise where else can I check?
