JD Security:Discrepancy in Role and the access to Application

Hello All,

Can you help me or advice what i am doing wrong.Below is the details-

My company is using SAP as well as JD Edwards ERP system.We have dashboard for Security where we check Access Rule Rule maintenance.

To make this report I take help of SQL,the JDE SQL output shows me the access to 60 application but when i go to the system it shows me access to 37 applicationa through 47 menus.

Can any one validatie  my SQL query if it is correct.

Or there is some other issue.
