Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. R083803 - Manual Review Requested (End Dates) in R083800 Batch Enrollment

I have end dated benefits for an employee effective 10/30 and have changed thier benefit group effective 10/31 (the DIVC change was keyed on 10/25)

On the Batch Enrollment (R083800), the eligibility result is a PASS and the end statuses show as TRT.

On the Manual Review Requested (R083803), is there any way to get the ending dates to show up for those benefits?

The PlanIDs (benefits) that were end dated are not available in the new Benefit Group
