Prerange and Wizard

Noticed that the PreRange measure specified for a workbook is not applied to a workbook wizard right after a prerange measure data is commited.

Test case looks like this:

A is Prerange measure for Workbook2. the commit rule for A is in workbook1.

1. log in

2. Build workbook1 change prerange measure and commit

3. build workbook2 (without relogin); new prerange filter is not applied.

4. build worlbook2 (without relogin) again; new prerange filter is applied.

it seems that a new filter does not affect a workbook wizard until a full cycle of a workbook build is processed.

I could raise a SR (working test case is availabe), but first want to ask, is this a bug or a feature ?
