Same Control Value for different Budgets

Hi,

I have prepared a report and assigned multiple ledger sets on responsibility so that i can run it for one company as well as for 6 companies together. Output is correct when i select ledger set of 6 ledgers while running report but what should i do for budget? Report is one which is being used for one company as well as for 6 companies consolidation.

I have defined control value as 1. so when i run it for single company i do associate 1 control value with respective budget. but what to do in case of running it for all 6 ledgers? how to define control value for all 6 companies budget so that it shows the accumulated result?
