GRC Periodic Flow Rule is not kicking off

Hello Team,

I have created a custom Periodic GRC Flow Rule to execute a sql script. The Flow rule is scheduled to run for every 5 minutes and the Workflow Background Process is scheduled as well.

The flow rule is not kicked off automatically. However, if I use the 'Launch Flow Rule' option manually, it is working fine.

Could you please share your ideas on why the rule is not kicked off automatically.

Any help is appreciated.
