SAML Support For Siebel

Hi,

Does anyone know if Siebel IP 2016 would support authentication using SAML 2.0 token ?

We are currently on IP 2014 and planning to upgrade to IP 2016. We are also planning to integrate Siebel with Microsoft ADFS as an IDP, for SSO Authentication. We learnt that ADFS authenticates user session by issuing SAML 2.0 tokens for the participating application. As per Oracle, Siebel IP 2014 doesn't support SAML 2.0 tokens and the only way to integrate would be by using OAM/CA Siteminder bewteen Siebel and ADFS, which are pretty expensive applications for this purpose.

So, wanted to know if Siebel IP 2016 would support SAML 2.0 without using these 3rd Party tools? If it does, it would be a major driver for us to upgrade to IP 2016.
