Who is CUA

Hi, my customer does not know who the CUA is for the SI. It is a new site.

Is there any way to find out who logged in the first time? They generated new accounts for the SI, but nobody approved it, it need to be done CUA. It is a small site, but they do not know who got the permissions as CUA first time.

Can you please assist?!
