Autoinvoiced Credit Memo Shows as Incomplete

Hi,

I have imported a Credit Memo into AR via Autoinvoice, but it is marked as Incomplete. I can complete it, but do I have to set a flag for it to complete? My invoices are completing successfully. The CM is not linked to an invoice - it is standalone.
