When Releasing a Batch - We want no Reservation on Manual Consumption Items

Hello Group,

I was wondering if there is a setup that when we Release a Batch (going from Pending to WIP) is there a Setup that there will be no Reservation on Manual Consumption Items?

Let me know if this is possible, and which setup this could be.
