Uncaught Type error: Cannot read proeprty 'FocusFirstControl' of null -- OUI

Hi,

We have a strange issue in OUI when we open a Customer Pick Applet(from field in the list applet) and click OK after select using mouse causing the issue. If you use TAB then everything fine. If you use mouse and try to select the customer then the application is hangs and not allowing to do any thing. This is happening for only one customer and it works fine for other customers (in HI we don't have an issue). We are using 8.1.1.10 and it happens in all the browsers. In console we see the below error.
