Dep Accounting not generating for old assets

HI,

I have manually added old asset in current period without YTD and Acc depreciation then system has automatically calculated depreciation upto last period but when i transfer that asset to GL Module, System is transferring asset cost accounting but does not transfer Depreciation accounting. Why this is happening ?
