Inspection Required msg in MSCA(mobile device) not permanent

We are on 12.2.3

When we receive POs on the mobile device using MSCA,if the item is enabled for Inspection the message Inspection required appears briefly on the Receipts screen on the mobile device but goes

away as soon as the cursor is moved to next field.Is this normal?We would like the message to stay there until the user has entered all the details on the screen and committed the transaction.
