GL Post Security Best Practice

As P0241 - Manager Batch Review and Post does not eleviate controlling who post what subsystem and only identifies who batches the manager my post.  This process in itself will not precluded user from performing this task.  Other considerations come into mind; if allowed  to post user's AP batches; is there away to disallow posting of GL journal entry batches.

Also want to here from someone that has use P00241 with the G/L Batches clicked on.  How does this affect the revised/un-posted process in Fixed Assets?

Is the Scheduler userid to be identified as a manager?

We attempt to define a manager as *All to allow this manager to approve and post any userid; is there a problem with this setup as the user could not get any un-posted batches to display.  How do I correct this setup.
