Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. XDO.cfg - BI Publisher Check Box Issue - JDE

Hi,

Enabled check box in BI Publisher template at desktop level using the instructions provided in Doc ID 1928257.1.

For enabling this we modified "xdo.cfg" located under

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle\BI Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop\Template Builder for Word\config"

After doing the above set up, check boxes are appearing fine in output at desktop level.

Same changes we need to make at server level.

But at server level, which "xdo.cfg" file needs to be modified and are there any instructions / steps that needs to be followed.

Could you provide your suggestions on achieving this at server level in JDE.
