Time Cards Were Not Updated in Employee Transaction History ( F0618 ) after the Final Update

We ran the Payroll for the Month of October 2016 whee as Pay stub & Journals everything gone well. But After the Final update when we checked F0618 the time cards were not Updated properly and the issues are as : 

1) Few of the Employees not at all Pulled in F0618 - But at the same time the employees were present in Pay stub History file.

2) For the Employees who got pulled in F0618 has less number of Time cards when compared with the actual entered time cards.
